Now, let's talk about our policies. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to start a return, you can contact us at info@house-o-f-beauty.co.uk. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

While most items can be returned, there are some exceptions. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

When it comes to refunds, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Standard Delivery - 2-5 Working Days: Free on orders over £50

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - Estimated Next Working Day: £3.75

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM - Guaranteed Next Working Day: £7.45

Please note that orders placed before 12:00 will be dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched on the next working day. No orders are dispatched over the weekend, and orders placed after 12:00 on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

For our customers in Europe, we offer Standard Delivery through Royal Mail International Standard, which takes approximately 5 working days and costs £6.95.

For international customers, we offer International Express Shipping, which takes 15+ working days. Please be aware that orders sent outside of the UK, including the EU, may be subject to customs charges such as duty and import tax. We do not cover the cost of these charges under any circumstances.
