Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know ASAP. As time is so important, please respect ours and give 24 hours’ notice of cancellations otherwise unfortunately the treatment will have to be charged at full price if we have not managed to re-book the space.
Policy
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment to unwind and relax and prevent inconvenience to others. Appointments may be reduced and treatments charged at the tariff price should you arrive late. Mobile phones must be switched off or on silent mode at all times within the salon.
Contra-Indication
If you are receiving any form of medical treatment, medication, or are pregnant, please inform us at the time of booking. Also advise us on any concerns or allergies you may have.
Health and Safety
In the interest of Health and Safety and for the comfort of you and other clients, please do not bring babies or children into the salon.
Gift Vouchers - available all year
Gift vouchers are available for any treatment, packages or products. They are an ideal present for someone special and are valid for 3 months.
Our seasonal/special offers are valid for 1 month only. Gift vouchers are non refundable and must be presented at time of treatment or purchase.
Treatment Courses
All of our treatments are available in courses (minimum of 5). You pay in advance and get the 6th FREE. Not available with seasonal/special offers.
